Global provider of integrated maintenance and integrity solutions, ICR, has signed a 15-year lease for new headquarters at Unit H2, Claymore Avenue, Aberdeen Energy Park.
The new 16,000 sq ft (1,486 sq m) facility, owned by Moorfield Real Estate Fund III (MREFIII), includes 11,000 sq ft of warehouse space, 5,000 sq ft office accommodation, along with secure yardage and car parking.
ICR is an international group of companies (Walker Technical Resources Limited, North East Corrosion Engineers Limited (NECE), Chemical Injection Utilities Ltd. (CIU), Quickflange UK Limited and Mechanical Onsite Services Limited (MOSS)) which in June this year commenced changes to its legal structure and is now operating as one legal entity offering a range of integrated asset integrity services.
Group headquarters have been based at The Hub, within the Aberdeen Energy Park since 2013 and as part of the group’s continued growth strategy, integration to one large UK base shows further commitment to the North East Oil & Gas supply chain and workforce.
Over the next couple of months, the company will relocate operations from six bases across Aberdeen, into the custom designed new facility on the Aberdeen Energy Park.

The Aberdeen Energy Park is situated in the Bridge of Don area, approximately three miles north of Aberdeen City Centre, within walking distance of the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre. The parks are easily accessible from the City Centre and Aberdeen International Airport as well as from the A90 ring road to the trunk road network.
Existing occupiers include Global Ports Services, Ocean Installer, META Downhole, Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce, Elevator, Rubberatkins and Hydro Group, with GE Oil + Gas, Holiday Inn Express and the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre immediately adjacent to the Park.
