New appointment boosts Commercial Property team at Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace

Aberdeen and North-east legal firm Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace (RCC&W) has appointed Gordon Wallace as an Associate Solicitor within their Commercial Property team.

Gordon graduated from Aberdeen University in 2011 and he trained with a Central Belt firm before returning to Aberdeen and continuing his career with Maclay Murray & Spens, joining their Commercial Property department in May 2014.

He was promoted to Senior Solicitor in June 2016, and has dealt with a variety of commercial property transactions including: acquisition and disposal of agricultural property; onshore wind farm development and onward sale; property portfolio financing; asset sale and purchase; and office, industrial and retail leasing contracts.

Having joined RCC&W in August, and based at the firm’s main office in Albyn Place, Gordon will support the development team assisting house-building clients with a variety of work related to the purchase and sale of commercial property.
