Specialist property services provider Hutcheon Mearns Real Estate, along with Edinburgh-based property consultant Montagu Evans, has been appointed by Seamount Property Development to market a new trade park being built in Banchory, Aberdeenshire.
Banchory Trade Park will be located to the east of the town, on Burn O’Bennie Road, an area which comprises a mix of residential and commercial uses including Banchory Business Centre and Tesco.

The 20,000sq ft industrial and trade counter development will comprise of four terraces. It will be anchored by trade kitchen and joinery supplier Howdens, which has already pre-committed to a long-term lease on the 6,000 sq. ft Block 2.
A variety of units will be available ranging from 800-6,000 sq. ft (75-550sq. m) and units can be tailored to meet the occupier’s size requirements.

The deal represents the latest success for Hutcheon Mearns Real Estate, which has developed a strong client portfolio and supported a wide range of projects since its launch in March 2023.
