Aberdeen-based property developer Knight Property Group has confirmed that CrossFit® SAR Ltd is the latest occupier to join the line-up at the recently refurbished Cults Business Park, taking Unit 9, which extends to 1,507 sq ft on a five-year term.

This latest agreement follows the recent letting to Soothe Your Soul Haven and further highlights the versatility and appeal of Cults Business Park. The development offers modern, adaptable space in a sought-after suburban location, just minutes from Aberdeen city centre.

Shaun Henry, Co-Owner of CrossFit® SAR said: “We’re bringing something exciting, fresh and community-driven to Aberdeen. CrossFit® SAR isn’t just a gym; it’s where fitness meets fun and where you’ll find a supportive community that motivates you every step of the way. We’re creating a space here at Cults where you can feel welcome, supported and energised.”

Dan Mitchell, Management Surveyor for Knight Property Group said: “We are delighted to welcome CrossFit® SAR. This latest deal underlines the flexibility and appeal of the space available here.”

Chris Ion, Partner at Graham + Sibbald added: “We’ve seen strong interest in Cults Business Park, with this latest deal reinforces the appeal of well-connected, versatile space in Aberdeen.”

Cults Business Park comprises a range of recently refurbished office and hybrid units, upgraded to a high standard. Following this latest deal, 3,182 sq ft remains available across two units, offering businesses the opportunity to secure premium accommodation in the west of Aberdeen.

Knight Property Group was advised by joint agents, Ryden and Graham + Sibbald, with legal services provided by Q&A Law Practice.
