Scottish commercial property consultancy, FG Burnett has made two key internal promotions.
Scott Strachan, who heads up the firm’s Rating Department is promoted to Director. Scott joined the company over 26 years ago as a Surveyor and steps up from Associate. Scott is hugely respected for his knowledge and wealth of experience in the area of Business Rates, having been involved in 7 rating revaluations. Scott also provides rating advice to oil and gas clients in relation to specialist energy sector installations.

Derek Richardson, Head of Valuation also moves up from Associate to Director. Derek joined the company in 2014 and is highly experienced in the area of commercial property and land valuation, providing advice to banks, pension funds, public bodies and private clients for a variety of purposes.
