AN Aberdeen man has launched a new electric vehicle charging business.

Jake Robertson hopes to target the renewable industry throughout the UK with Green EV.

The company has already installed its first charging points at Norsea House, in Altens, the home of Tidy, Green Clean, of which Jake is a regional director for specialist services.

Green EV, an OLEV authorised company, has also completed a number of domestic installs across the North-east since launching on January 1.

Jake said: “We have set ambitious targets and are building a fleet of mobile installers who will be able to accommodate the installation requirements of a range of customers at any time.
