David Wilson Homes, part of the UK’s largest housebuilder Barratt Redrow, has launched a brand new collection of luxury homes at its development in Countesswells, Aberdeen.

The Woodlands Collection offers a range of spacious three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes, thoughtfully designed to blend exceptional quality craftsmanship with contemporary family living. Set amongst leafy surroundings, the development provides a tranquil setting just four miles west of Aberdeen city centre.

Perfect for growing families, young professionals and those looking to settle into a thriving community in a nature-filled setting, The Woodlands Collection is the latest phase of David Wilson Homes’ investment in Countesswells, one of the city’s newest communities.

The developer already has 102 homes delivered at a neighbouring location on the site, DWH @ Countesswells, which launched in 2021 and marked David Wilson Homes’ debut in the North of Scotland.

David Palmer, Managing Director at David Wilson Homes North Scotland, said: “The Woodlands Collection presents a unique opportunity to enjoy luxury living in a vibrant, well-connected community. With modern, quality homes featuring stylish design, excellent local amenities and a peaceful woodland setting, this desirable development offers the best of both city and country living. We encourage interested buyers to book an appointment at our Marketing Suite to discover more.”

Each beautifully built home in The Woodlands Collection has been expertly created with quality, elegant design, comfort, energy efficiency and modern living in mind. Flexible free-flowing open-plan kitchen and dining areas, light-filled lounges, spacious bedrooms and private gardens are just some of the features on offer.

Prices start from £282,995, with a variety of purchase incentives available to help buyers move in with ease, such as the recently extended Key Worker Deposit Contribution Scheme. The scheme gives up to £25,000 as a deposit, and is now being offered to social workers, nursery workers, pharmacists, and a larger cohort of NHS response workers. Eligible key workers are offered £1,000 as a deposit contribution for every £20,000 of a home’s purchase price*.

Countesswells has excellent transport links, a primary school within the community, green spaces and shops, with other amenities in the works. Homeowners can also discover the abundance of nature on their doorstep, with four walking trails through the surrounding forests, perfect for explorers or those with dogs.
