GLOBAL payroll and tax compliance specialist, activpayroll, has announced the appointment of a new chief financial officer.
Nick Southwell’s arrival marks the latest addition to the Aberdeen-based company’s management team, which recently saw Steve Callaghan come on board as non-executive director and chairman.

Nick, who has worked for large international businesses, mentored start-up companies in the technology sector and consulted with various FTSE 100 companies will be responsible for helping shape the strategic and continued international growth.
He said: “I’m certain that my varied experience built over the years will allow me to further strengthen not only activpayroll’s finance team, but the business as a whole, helping it achieve its potential.”
