Steve was previously regional manager with Xeretec where he worked since 2005.

Like many other firms, Jasmine saw sales decline during the pandemic.

Its print operation was established in 1983 and traded for many years as Printagraph before the company changed its name to Jasmine in April 2017.

From its Aberdeen print facility, the firm prints oil and gas collateral, signage, brochures, advertising materials and metal art.

The firm also provides advertising, PR and marketing services to a wide variety of companies from accountants to retailers.

Danny said: “Following the downturn in the business, we have reviewed our business plan and like many firms, we have decided it is time to change.

“Steve will move the business forward to meet the new demands of this every-changing marketplace.”

Steve commented: “Jasmine is a very impressive company, with a great team and impressive printing facility. I have no doubt that we will be able to work together to drive the company forward and build on the company’s strong reputation.

“There is no doubt this is a challenging time to join any company, but I am confident that the Jasmine team, with its superior skills and experience, is in a great place to come out of the pandemic in a strong position.”
