The 20,050 ft.sq ft development which is located on Colpy road, Oldmeldrum, directly across from Meldrum Academy also includes the Co-op Foodstore which opened late 2017.

The development also houses a training room facility, the ‘Barra Suite’, which can accommodate up to 35 people conference style or 16 boardroom style and is available for hire.

Debra Bruce, Managing Director of Activus Recruitment and one of the new tenants said: “Activus Recruitment is a growing business and we needed space to accommodate this growth. This new office development is a perfect space for us in terms of everything it offers including the state of the art facilities and the location.  It marks an exciting new phase in the business.”

Myles MacDonald, Co-op area manager, said: “Oldmeldrum’s Co-op has enjoyed a roaring start since opening its doors last November, ably serving the local community in this key neighbourhood development. The store is ideally placed to provide our members and customers with a wide range of award-winning food in a modern store that is easy to navigate. We’re delighted to sit alongside a wide variety of retailers and services and look forward to a long and happy future at the site.”
