New occupier secured at Aberdeen Energy Park

AM Sci Tech, a subsidiary of Hurstwood Holdings and the new owner of Aberdeen Energy and Innovation Parks, has secured a new occupier at the Energy Park, in Bridge of Don.

Elementz, a recently launched provider of subsea asset integrity management software, has agreed a three-year lease on Unit G9 at the Enterprise Centre.

The new ground floor office extends to 1,565 sq ft and will support Elementz’ growth ambitions in the North East, providing an open-plan space for its 15-strong team.

Elementz, a new subsidiary of Aize, was established to meet the evolving demands of the subsea ecosystem, and will enhance support for a growing global client base of multinational operators across the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and APAC.

Elementz specialises in robust and trusted Software as a Service (SaaS). The core offering provides a range of comprehensive applications or “elements” to enable users to build End-to-End (E2E) integrity frameworks for their subsea assets, providing all the functionality needed to serve as the core integrity platform to effectively plan, execute and report on all integrity and inspection activities.

The Parks offer a variety of office solutions, including leased offices and serviced offices, catering to the needs of occupiers of all sizes. They are conveniently located approximately three miles north of Aberdeen city centre and close to the Third Don Crossing.

Set at the entrance to the Energy Park on Exploration Drive, the Enterprise Centre is Aberdeen Energy Park’s flagship office building, providing the ideal workspace for forward-looking, ambitious businesses.
