Cala Homes has launched the latest phase of its blossoming Milltimber community, Woodhurst at Oldfold Village.

Off plan sales for the new development are now available from Cala’s Oldfold Village sales suite and the housebuilder already has its first reservation.

Woodhurst at Oldfold Village will offer an exclusive modern collection of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, including Cala housetypes never seen in Aberdeen, such as the ‘Crieff’ and the ‘Baxter’.

Woodhurst at Oldfold Village is set in a semi-rural location, surrounded by stunning woodlands and parks, whilst only being a 20-minute drive to Aberdeen city centre. The highly regarded area of Milltimber itself is particularly known for its attractive green surroundings and convenient location.

As well as being conveniently located within walking distance of public and private schools, such as Cults Primary School and Milltimber Primary School, which both recently came out on top in a list of the best schooling in Aberdeen.

There are plenty of nearby amenities – including shops and eateries – and the development also offers easy access to Aberdeenshire towns like Westhill and Inverurie, and Aberdeen International Airport, thanks to its proximity to the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route (AWPR).

Samantha Leckie, Marketing Manager at Cala Homes (North), said: “Woodhurst at Oldfold Village is the fourth phase of our already well-established flagship development in Milltimber. It’s wonderful to see it grow into a flourishing neighbourhood in this highly sought after suburb.

“We have an excellent mix of homes and housetypes available, appealing to many different types of buyers, from those looking to start a family to established families looking for more space to grow.

“We’re delighted to have taken our first reservation already and look forward to seeing this next phase of Oldfold Village come to life.”
