ScotRail is offering a prime new retail opportunity at Aberdeen station, one of the busiest gateways to the north-east of Scotland.

With more than 2.2 million people passing through the station each year, the site is perfectly placed for a coffee cart or grab-and-go style business looking to benefit from high daily footfall.

The approved space is located on the station concourse, close to the ticket office and entrances from the multi-storey car park and taxi rank.

Tenants will also benefit from the station’s direct link into Union Square, Aberdeen’s leading retail and leisure destination.

The site is equipped with a power supply for a kiosk-style operation, making it simple for a tenant to set up and begin trading quickly.

More information is available on the ScotRail website.

Allan MacKenzie, ScotRail Ancillary Revenue Manager, said:

“Aberdeen is one of Scotland’s busiest stations and this is a fantastic opportunity for a business to operate right at the heart of the city centre.

“With millions of people using the station every year, and with direct access into Union Square, the site is ideal for a business looking to serve both commuters and visitors to the city.”
