The report also said “Parents and carers took the opportunity to engage with staff and useful information was exchanged. This supported the child’s health and wellbeing. Staff demonstrated they knew the children very well, describing their interests and personality and how they tracked their progress. Children were supported to have a healthy diet.”

Alison King, managing director of Flowerpots Childcare said “We are delighted with the grades achieved at our latest inspection and we are very proud of our qualified and experienced staffing team who are dedicated to providing a quality provision for our families.  We are always looking at new ways to extend the learning experiences on offer to meet the developmental needs of the children we care for.  The inspector was particularly impressed with our forest schools sessions and our approach to outdoor learning overall.  This is a huge boost for the team to be rewarded with high grades and for the families to know they are receiving good quality childcare.”
