Steven Mearns, Director at TaxAssist Accountants, said: “I’m pleased to announce that we are expanding our reach by adding an office in Altens. This expansion will allow us to offer our services to the entire Shire area while also creating new job opportunities in the local community. The new office underwent a complete refurbishment, and we are delighted that it is now open for business, and our team are on hand to answer customers’ questions and support them in managing their accounts and tax affairs.”

The TaxAssist Accountants’ offices in northeast have observed increased activity in 2022 compared to 2021. The recent establishment of the new branch in Altens will be invaluable in aiding both businesses and individuals in the northeast region. This new office will work in harmony with its existing offices located in Inverurie, Banchory, and Aberdeen.

Cameron Allan, Director at TaxAssist, Aberdeen branch, said: “This year has seen a noticeable uplift in clients for the business over the past 18 months, and a review of this year’s submission is a good indicator that we are providing that much need assistance to SMEs and individuals alike. We are committed to supporting the local economy and helping start-ups and small businesses manage their accounts, taxes, and payroll – letting them get on with serving their customers.”
