Oasis Marine Power welcomes investment from Wilkie Engineering

WILKIE Engineering Ltd of Newburgh have become a shareholder in Oasis Marine Power Ltd. The two companies will work in collaboration to deliver the Oasis Power Buoy – a pioneering offshore charging buoy to allow hybrid and electric vessels to recharge at sea.

Oasis Marine Power was established in 2020 to drive green marine energy solutions and approached Wilkie Engineering to manufacture their design.  With 45 years’ experience in marine engineering, machining and fabrication, and proven capabilities for skilled workmanship, Wilkies were the trusted choice of Oasis Marine Power.

Oasis Marine Power were at Wilkies to witness the final testing of the buoy before sea trials begin later this month.
