Caroline said: “Having input on trade mark issues can help young businesses capture value by understanding how to protect the business and product names. The clinic allows informal discussions but with bespoke advice for the individual circumstances.”

The IP clinic aims to support the growth and development of the ONE BioHub community, focusing on providing initial discussions for those seeking guidance on IP protection, as well as those with more advanced projects requiring advice on IP strategy and pre-investment due diligence.

Partner Craig Thomson said: “Our clinics help to kickstart or rejuvenate commercially relevant IP strategies, which can make our management decisions easier and ensure investor-readiness.”

The clinic will be held at the hot desk area on the ground floor of ONE BioHub Aberdeen, providing a convenient and accessible location for participants. Drop in on the day or schedule an appointment here: https://campaigns.hgf.com/biohub-aberdeen-registration/
