Petroplan appoints Regional Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa

SPECIALIST energy talent acquisition group, Petroplan, has appointed Darren Brown as Regional Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Darren joins the Aberdeen-based company with more than 25 years of recruitment experience, with specialisms in 360 contract and permanent recruitment at both Director and Operational levels.

A widely respected professional within the recruitment space, Darren’s knowledge and networks span across a vast array of industries including Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Rail, Civil, Property, Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Design and Automotive. 

Darren’s appointment is further evidence of Petroplan’s strategic shift as the Group begins to move at pace, accelerating, adapting, and sharpening their service offering.  

As Regional Director for EMEA, Darren is responsible for driving the largest region within Petroplan’s operations, leading from the front to grow the region, develop a successful working culture, upskill the team and increase profitability.
