CALA Homes has been granted detailed planning permission to begin work on a brand new community at Craibstone in Aberdeen.
Aberdeen City Council has given the green light for the landmark project’s first phase of 114 properties. The housebuilder plans to grow the development into a community of around 700 homes which would also include commercial space and a neighbourhood centre.

The first phase of homes will comprise detached, semi-detached and terraced properties as well as apartments, all completed to CALA’s exacting standards.

The first phase of CALA Homes at Craibstone will be released for sale in Summer 2018.
