A popular biannual business event is gearing up to shine a light on North east entrepreneurs when it takes place in Aberdeen this Thursday (November 7th).

The second Granite Expo of 2024 at Ardoe House Hotel and Spa on the outskirts of the city will feature opportunities for exhibitors and delegates to come together for a giant day of business, networking and knowledge sharing.  With more than 90 stands booked, the event is set to be one of the biggest of its kind ever hosted by Granite PR.

The free-to-attend one-day showcase will spotlight the area’s rich and diverse business landscape, and highlight some of the people behind the businesses, including opening speeches by Bruce Skinner of Managed Services and Security Provider (MSSP) Alto and Matt Sandham of strategic marketing agency bspoq, as well as Granite Expo creator Brett Jackson of Granite PR.

Granite Expo has a long-standing reputation as a hub of creativity, collaboration and entrepreneurial inspiration and the event regularly attracts a range of SMEs from diverse industries to highlight their products and services, as well as exploring the vast array of opportunities and forging connections.

The event is the penultimate business showcase on Granite PR’s 2024 calendar, with Dundee Expo to round off a busy year when it takes place at the Invercarse Hotel in Dundee on Wednesday, November 27th.  The gathering is on track to host about 50 business stands and is also free to attend.

Granite PR MD and Expo creator Brett Jackson said: “When Granite Expo was held for the first time in 2011, it was a once-a-year event but since the pandemic it has been held twice a year due to demand.  There is no doubt that opportunities like this to come together and celebrate business are invaluable not only for entrepreneurs, but for everyone in business who is seeking to grow their network.”
