THE merger of Chrysaor and Premier Oil has been completed today, creating Harbour Energy.
The deal sees it become the largest independent oil and gas company listed on the London Stock Exchange and the UK Continental Shelf’s top producer.
The company’s existing 925m ordinary shares and 17.5 billion new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange tomorrow a statement said.
The new ordinary shares will be issued to Chrysaor shareholders and creditors of Premier and its subsidiaries.
