Local property developer, Carden Place Partnership Ltd., is set to significantly upgrade and refurbish one of Aberdeen’s most prestigious locations to create ultra-modern, flexible working space.

The Hive will be a multi-let facility at 1-5 Albyn Place that will provide a high degree of flexibility, sought-after by modern businesses.

The premium property, which comprises three buildings, will undergo an extensive refurbishment to create The Hive concept.
