Electrical engineering contractor, Quartzelec has taken 5,860 sq.ft at Five, Wellington Trade Park, Wellington Road, Aberdeen on a 5 year lease deal.

FG Burnett acted as joint agent with Knight Frank on behalf of the Landlord, CBRE Global Investors.

Graeme Watt, director at FG Burnett said “We were delighted to secure Quartzelec as a tenant in Wellington Trade Park, adding to the tenant mix which already includes Halfords, Dominoes, Screwfix and Topps Tiles. We hope to confirm further lettings soon in what is becoming an ever more vibrant commercial centre to the south of Aberdeen city centre.

Jamie Burns, general manager at Quartzelec said “Acquiring this facility is an addition and enhances the capacity to our existing premises on York Street. It comes as a consequence of recent growth in both our own activity and perhaps in the North East of Scotland as a whole.”
