Allan has 8 years’ experience and joins the firm from housebuilder Drumrossie Homes where he spent 5 years working as the in-house legal advisor on all aspects of development work from the planning process through to plot sales.

Alison joins from Burness Paull where she completed her traineeship in 2008 and more recently has worked within the commercial property team.

Anna began her traineeship with another local legal firm, Stronachs, who have assigned her contract to RCC&W to complete the final months and qualify. Anna, a first class honours graduate, has held a number of seats in her traineeship thus far, including within the fields of commercial and rural property.

Partner and head of the Commercial Property Department, Callum McDonald stated: ‘We are delighted to welcome three new recruits to the department, where we continue to be busy serving local and national clients despite the down turn in the Aberdeen economy. Allan’s combination of both private practice and in-house experience is great news for our house-builder clients, and Alison and Anna will form a strong team to assist on the range of other commercial property matters with which we deal.”

Keith Allan, Managing Partner, concluded: “We are thrilled to have attracted such talent and they will each be a strong addition to our firm, complementing the first class service we endeavour to provide.”
