Aberdeen and North-east legal firm Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace (RCC&W) has appointed Graham Cooper as a Consultant within their Commercial Property team.

Graham was formerly a Partner at Ledingham Chalmers, where he worked for 29 years. Prior to that he gained experience in local government. Joining the firm in August, and based at the firm’s Head Office in Albyn Place, Graham will support the department with a variety of work relating to the purchase and sale of commercial property in the development sector.

Callum McDonald, Partner and Head of the Commercial Property Department stated: “Graham has a strong track record in residential property development work with several leading house builders, both locally and nationally, and the firm are thrilled about the level of knowledge and expertise he brings to our department and our clients.”

RCC&W’s Commercial Department deals with all aspects of commercial real estate and has clients stretching from the Highlands to the Scottish Borders with a number of established clients in the central belt and overseas.

This appointment further strengthens the department, following the addition of another 3 appointments earlier in the summer – Allan MacKenzie, Alison Cowperthwaite and Anna Harris-Evans.

Keith Allan, Managing Partner, concluded: “This appointment will add significant value to the firm and enhance our client experience. We are confident Graham will be an asset to our business and we are delighted to welcome him to the firm.”
