In addition to the partnership, the consultancy has announced the expansion of its expert team in order to meet increased client demand. Jamie Leese has been appointed as senior recruitment consultant following a number of contract wins.

The specialist firm has built its client base to more than 64 since it launched in January 2017, and now works in London, Houston, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, GCC, Turkey and Romania.

Mr Leese, who is CertRP qualified through the Institute of recruitment professionals, has more than 20 years experience in oil and gas recruitment, previously working at a number of leading names in the industry in senior roles.

Triton’s managing director, Scott Shand, who has more than 14 years experience in the recruitment industry, formed a partnership with well engineering and project management firm, Zenith Energy to build on the company’s expert services.

The partnership allows Triton to have access to chartered engineers who can conduct competency based interviews to ensure only the highest standard of candidates are offered to clients for engineering focused positions.

Mr Shand, said: “Triton has worked extremely hard to establish itself in its first year of business in a particularly hard market place.

“Today’s announcement of our Middle East partnership is testament to our global outlook and commitment to delivering high quality service on an international level.

“As well as working with the expert team at Zenith Energy, we have built on our experience, seeing our expert team grow to five in a short space of time.

“Jamie’s appointment is key as the company continues to experience continued growth both in the UK and across the globe, with plans in place to recruit a further four by the end of 2018.

“We look forward to continuing to build on the success of the company for years to come.”
