Established training providers AquaTerra Training, Bon-Accord Training, Polaris Learning and IED Training Solutions have come together as the Rizon Group, a powerful alliance built on shared values, complementary expertise and a commitment to raising standards across industries.
With more than 90 years of combined experience, Rizon brings together the strengths of four trusted providers to offer a fully connected, flexible and forward-thinking training solution. From health and safety and first aid to plant and machinery, leadership development and modern apprenticeships, Rizon delivers bespoke programmes designed to meet the evolving needs of businesses across a wide range of sectors.
The formation of Rizon builds on the successful 2022 merger of AquaTerra Training, specialists in practical health and safety training for sectors including oil and gas, transport and nuclear and Bon-Accord Training, experts in plant and machinery equipment training. This union accelerated growth, expanded capacity and deepened the breadth of training available to clients across both organisations.
Joining forces under the Rizon banner is Polaris Learning, based in Oldmeldrum, bringing deep expertise in learning and development, assessor and verifier training, leadership development, competency management and tailored SQA Modern Apprenticeships.
