AN award-winning Arbroath-based training company has joined forces with RMA-The Royal Marines Charity in an exciting partnership agreement which will see them provide nationally accredited and regulated training courses to serving personnel, service leavers, the Veteran community, and RMA corporate sponsors.
IED Training Solutions, which is owned and operated by former full-career Royal Marine Ian Clark, will work collaboratively with the charity to deliver class-leading, engaging, inclusive, and accessible training courses to individuals and corporate clients alike.

The company has pledged to return 50% of all net profits from income generated by the training delivery collaboration back to the Charity and there will be opportunities to offer complementary training courses to RMA employees and welfare volunteers.
IED Training was awarded the Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award from the Ministry of Defence in 2019 for its continued exemplary commitment to the Armed Forces community and won the London Stock Exchange Group-sponsored Soldiering on Award ‘Business Scale Up’ category in 2020.
It provides training and consultancy services internationally and its extensive suite of course options include Health and Safety, Wellbeing, First Aid for Mental Health and Trauma Stress Management. The training is regulated and certificated by awarding organisations such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OFQUAL, SQA, and the company is ELCAS approved.
