The awards ceremony was attended by over 500 property professionals last week at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.

Accepting the award, Partner Peter I’Anson said: “We’re all very proud of this important award, which recognises the exceptional results we deliver for our clients.”

Managing Partner Bill Duguid added: “The judging panel commended us for our strong financial performance, the strength and depth of our team and the scale of transactions that we conclude. The award is testament to the skill and dedication of our people.”

Ryden is consistently behind around a fifth of all commercial property transactions in Scotland and concluding around 700 deals last year alone – around double that of its closest competitor.

This latest award comes a week after the firm was named Most Active Agent in Scotland for the 13th time by Estates Gazette and quoted by the industry publication as having “huge leads in both the office and industrial sectors”.
