Scarf has launched a new video featuring clients sharing their experiences of getting support from the charity.

The video brings together highlights from three client stories, showing how Scarf supports households through home energy advice, energy efficiency improvements and retrofit programmes.

Rather than focusing on Scarf’s services alone, the video puts the people who have received support at the centre, giving them the opportunity to explain in their own words how that support has helped them.

The video features clients supported through Scarf’s Home Energy Advice Team and retrofit work, with three full video case studies currently being edited and due to be released in the coming weeks.

David Mackay, Co-CEO at Scarf, said:

“We wanted this video to be about the people we support and to let them tell their stories in their own words. It’s easy for organisations to talk about what they do, but hearing directly from the people who have experienced that support brings it to life in a much more meaningful way. We hope the video gives people a better understanding of what Scarf does and how we can help.”

The new video will feature on Scarf’s upcoming website as well as being shared across its social media channels.

The project was filmed and produced by Pink Sphynx Media, with Scarf staff and clients involved throughout the filming process.
