Sentinel Subsea, a leading provider of subsea well integrity monitoring solutions, is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted as a finalist in both the Global Development Award and the Technology Development Award at the 2026 Subsea Expo Awards. These nominations highlight the company’s role in transforming subsea asset integrity monitoring and its growing global impact.

The company’s flagship WellSentinel™ technology has redefined subsea integrity management. By continuously detecting unplanned emissions without the need for power or data connections, WellSentinel™ offers a reliable, low-maintenance solution. Each system can save up to 400 tonnes of CO₂ over ten years, reducing environmental risk while simplifying operations.

Sentinel Subsea has also been recognised for its international growth and sustainability contributions. Its export strategy and industry partnerships have enabled deployments of WellSentinel™ across major global locations, including the United Kingdom, Brazil, Australia, the United States, and Azerbaijan. By replacing fuel-intensive inspection methods, the technology helps operators reduce diesel consumption by up to 60%, cutting thousands of tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually. WellSentinel™’s adaptability across both ultra-deepwater and shallow offshore environments demonstrates the company’s commitment to flexible, customer-driven solutions that support the global energy transition.

These nominations reflect the dedication of our team, the strength of our technology, and the trust our customers place in us around the world. Our mission is to deliver safer, cleaner, and more sustainable monitoring solutions, and this recognition reinforces the real-world impact we are achieving.”

The winners will be announced at the ceremony on 4 February 2026 at P&J Live, Aberdeen during the Subsea Expo event in Aberdeen, Europe’s largest subsea exhibition and conference. The event brings together industry leaders to celebrate outstanding achievements and innovation across the underwater sector. Sentinel Subsea congratulates all fellow finalists and looks forward to celebrating the collective achievements of the subsea industry.
