SentinelMarine, an offshore support vessel operator, has taken the eighth floor of The Exchange on Market Street in Aberdeen, expanding 4,515 sq ft (419 sq m), on a new 10-year lease.

The company is the latest occupier to commit to the building which has seen c.30,000 sq ft (2,787 sq m) of office space transacted in the last 18 months, representing more than 35% of the total space in the building.
Sentinel joins Solstad Farstad, Atlas Professionals, IHS Markit, GulfMark, Sodexo, Oil and Gas UK and The Scottish Children’s Reporter in the building.
