Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has been named the winner of commercial property bible Estates Gazette’s Most Active Agent 2019 for East Scotland.

The competition is based on figures provided by Radius Data Exchange giving a detailed breakdown of transaction volumes across various different property types in the East of Scotland.

Chris Grinyer, managing partner at Shepherd in Aberdeen, said: “We are delighted to win this prestigious award against stiff competition and would like to thank our clients who have entrusted us with their property advice across the East of Scotland and our dedicated team of commercial valuers operating within a resurgent and dynamic commercial market.

“This accolade signifies the depth and width of experience in our commercial property business, where we continue to invest significantly in people, process and technology and illustrates the quality of service, market knowledge and in-depth expertise we can offer clients throughout East Scotland and, indeed, nationwide.”
