Silver Birch Interiors is delighted to announce a new working partnership with Bancon Homes, supporting two of their prestigious Aberdeen developments, Mill Timber and Lochside of Leys. This collaboration marks Silver Birch Interiors’ first step into Aberdeenshire and the North of Scotland.

Following several years of tendering for sites across the Central Belt and building a working relationship with Bancon Homes, Silver Birch Interiors embraced this new opportunity after changes within Bancon’s kitchen partnerships. While expansion into Aberdeen was not originally part of the company’s short-term plans, the shared values, commitment and aligned design ethos made this a natural and exciting progression.

“Although travelling north wasn’t in our original growth strategy, the opportunity to collaborate with a like-minded, well-established housebuilder known for high-quality developments, its privilege to support and fulfil their original agreement with Leicht kitchens made this a move we were proud to take,” said Alan MacGregor, Founder and Director at Silver Birch Interiors.

“At Silver Birch Interiors, we focus on helping developers create homes that feel lived in, functional, and beautiful. Partnering with Bancon Homes allows us to bring our design-led approach, along with our high standards of service and installation, to homeowners in Aberdeenshire while building a strong, long-term partnership.”
