Multi award winning craft brewery six°north has launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise £40,000 to enable them to open a new bar on Union Street in Dundee city centre this December.

six°north is led by founder and entrepreneur Robert Lindsay who established the company in 2013 in Stonehaven. The brewery makes modern artisanal beers and has four bars across Scotland in Aberdeen, Stonehaven, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Dynamo will showcase six°north’s own beer alongside some of the best breweries from Scotland, UK and further afield, all across 24 taps. This will be supported by a comprehensive list of spirits and wines.

Investors or “Crowd Founders” will be offered a myriad of rewards and perks including beer vouchers, merchandise and ‘Brewer For The Day’ experiences, as well as invitations to exclusive ‘Founders Events’ and early access to new beers. Founders will even get a say in which beers are served at the bar.

We’re crowdfunding the opening of Dynamo to give our ‘Crowd Founders’ the opportunity to embark on this exciting new journey together with us. Our Crowd Founders will have an influence on the direction of the bar going forward and we are very excited to offer the fine people of Dundee this unique opportunity.”
