Following the addition of 3,580 square feet at 2 Queen’s Gardens to the portfolio just last year, plans have now been announced to further grow the space available thanks to the purchase of 3 Queen’s Gardens.

The new space will offer a further 2,811 square feet housing up to 50 desks, two kitchens, a meeting room and a shower room.

The move will bring the total amount of space offered by Skene Business Centres at Queen’s Gardens to 16,024 square feet.

Commenting on the planned expansion of Queen’s Gardens, Skene Group Chairman, Professor Charles Skene CBE said: “Despite the challenging economic conditions in Aberdeen, our continued expansion reflects the ongoing demand for our business centres, as clients like the flexibility we offer, the wide range of services we provide and the excellent service we give.”
