MEMBERS of the public are being encouraged to attend a Staying Well and Warm Winter Roadshow tomorrow between 10am and 2pm at the Central Library.

This free, non-ticketed event is open for anyone concerned about the increasing cost of living.

The Roadshow will enable attendees to meet organisations from across Aberdeen, including SCARF, Home Energy Scotland and CFine, to understand what help is available.

Councillor Christian Allard said: “The rising cost of living is an anxious time for so many families across Aberdeen and it is important that people can access advice.

“This Roadshow is an opportunity for anyone worried about their welfare to attend.”

Councillor Desmond Bouse said: “It is essential that we come together as a community and ensure that vulnerable households are supported.

“By meeting the organisations attending, people will be able to begin taking positive steps in how to tackle the cost of living.”
