ABERDEEN-headquartered problem-solving company, STC INSISO is excited to announce a surge of recruitment which has resulted in new appointments around the UK. These new appointments come at a crucial time for the firm as they experience significant revenue growth with record clients and implement ambitious product development plans.
Cambridgeshire-based Paul Nicholas has joined STC INSISO as Product Development Manager. Paul’s previous role with Lloyd’s Register saw him working on a joint venture with STC INSISO to develop their COMET Signals product – a revolutionary artificial intelligence tool which delivers industry safety insights. Paul also has significant experience of software product delivery with rapidly growing SMEs.
Paul will play a key role in developing the COMET product suite of incident prevention and assurance tools, and will be instrumental in supporting the ongoing development of STC INSISO’s other software products which are ever-evolving in response to increasing customer demand.
Paul said: “I am delighted to be leading on product development at STC INSISO and driving COMET forward, given my significant involvement in the creation of COMET Signals. It is an exciting time for the business, with ambitious plans for 2023. I have worked closely with key members of the STC INSISO team for some time now, and I am looking forward to not only getting to know the wider team but also contributing to STC INSISO’s broader growth plans.”
Commenting on the appointment, STC INSISO’s CEO Mark Rushton stated: “I am delighted that Paul will now be leading Product Development at STC INSISO. Paul has been instrumental in COMET Signals’ development to date, but also has prior experience of delivery through phases of growth in SMEs. He will now be able to transfer this strong experience to his new role.”
STC INSISO has also recently recruited two additional Software Developers and a Data Scientist to bolster the firm’s growth trajectory. Kirsty Adair, Spencer Taber and Prashasthi Narenda Gowdar recently joined the firm and will all report to Paul. The firm has further ambitions to increase headcount with 2-3 new appointments forecast in Q1 of 2023 alone.
