The celebrated production of C.S. Lewis’ The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, which was loved by audiences and critics alike during its recent West End run, will stop off at Aberdeen’s His Majesty’s Theatre from Tuesday, June 17 to Saturday, June 21, as part of a tour marking 75th anniversary of C.S. Lewis’ iconic novel.
Aberdeen Performing Arts Director of Programming and Creative Projects, Ben Torrie, said: “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe has been capturing the imaginations of children and adults alike for decades, and now we can enjoy the magical world of Narnia from a fresh perspective in this spectacular stage show.
“Don’t miss it!”
Join Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Peter as they wave goodbye to wartime Britain and embark on the most magical of adventures in the frozen, faraway land of Narnia, where they meet Mr Tumnus the faun, talking beavers, Aslan (the noble king of Narnia) and the coldest, most evil White Witch.
