LEADING housebuilder Stewart Milne Group has claimed a Gold Award for its customer service across its Group, Homes Scotland and Homes North England divisions.
The highly coveted awards – run by specialist market research company, In House Research – are awarded based on independent customer feedback and found that Stewart Milne Group scored an impressive 93% customer satisfaction rating.
This is the ninth year that the Group has been awarded Gold for its customer satisfaction levels in at least one of its divisions, and the fourth consecutive year that it has claimed the top spot across all regions.
