The new premises extends to more than 13,600 sq ft and offers an increased number of meeting rooms, workstations in an open plan layout and high quality staff welfare facilities.

Stronachs’ managing partner, David Rennie, said: “We have been in our current office for 21 years and although the location is ideal for staff and clients, we have had to split our workforce between neighbouring buildings.

“We have been looking to upgrade offices and get under one roof for some time and the combination of the high specification accommodation offered by 28 Albyn Place, located just 75 yards along the road, was too good an opportunity to miss.

“We have been offering legal services in the North-east for more than 150 years so it’s important we continue to operate out of a city centre facility that can meet the needs of our staff and clients for years to come. We look forward to welcoming clients to our new offices next month.”

The firm has 19 partners with roughly 100 lawyers and support staff between its offices in Aberdeen and Inverness. Stronachs recently announced the appointment of 4 new partners strengthening its senior team in response to an encouraging growth in demand for its services.

All 4 partners step up from senior associate, having built their careers with the firm: Ross Linn, in corporate and commercial; Jaclyn Russell, in private client; Bob McDiarmid in dispute resolution and Emma Stephen in commercial property.

Stronachs provides legal services from its Aberdeen and Inverness offices to private and commercial clients in all sectors including the rural economy, banking, energy, property and construction. It is also offers well-respected residential property legal and estate agency services across Aberdeen City and Shire.
