Stronachs has once again been awarded Platinum Employer Partner accreditation by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), in recognition of the firm’s continued investment in its people.
The private client team at the Scottish law firm received the highest of STEP’s three Employer Partnership Programme accreditation levels following a rigorous review process, which takes place every three years. The accreditation recognises organisations that demonstrate excellence in learning and development, career progression and employee engagement.
By retaining Platinum status, Stronachs has reinforced its commitment to fostering a workplace culture that supports both technical excellence and professional growth. As part of the assessment, the firm was also commended for its consistent approach to learning, including study support, CPD, mentoring and the integration of learning into day-to-day practice.

The re-accreditation follows a series of recent successes for the firm. Stronachs’ private client team has been shortlisted in the Family Law or Private Client Team of the Year category at the Scottish Legal Awards 2026.
