Team Scot of Stork Technical Services UK, was presented with second place (Gold Award), while Worley’s The Art of Wor-ley team won the Silver Award. The Most Improved Award went to the Rever Revellers.

Organised by the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB), the teams had to manage a fixed price construction project from inception to completion, financed by negotiated loan capital, on behalf of an external client, with the winners judged to be the one making the most profit against their initial bid price.

Mitch Crichton, Scotland North ECITB regional chair, congratulated all the teams on their success in what was a very competitive field.

He said: “The ACTIVE Cup programme shows how industry can come together to ensure best practice approaches in key areas like project management are widely understood and undertaken.

“The ECITB is proud to support this flagship competition and the many other project management development activities that promote skills development, knowledge sharing and collaborative working within the sector.”
