SUBSEA controls company J+S Subsea is to move to new premises in Kintore.

FG Burnett has negotiated the lease acquisition of a 16,500 sq.ft office and workshop building at Midmill Business Park – the landlord is Uppermill Farms.

Matthew Blair, J+S Subsea executive chairman, said: “As part of our growth strategy, J+S Subsea are pleased to have secured this property at Midmill, with the able assistance of FG Burnett guiding and advising us throughout the process.“

Graeme Watt, FG Burnett director, said “This is a perfect facility for J+S Subsea’s new venture and we were pleased to support them by providing commercial agency and building surveying services as part of the acquisition.”
