The theme for this year’s E-Reps gathering is ‘Inspiring Sustainable Change’. Sustainability expert Amy Fetzer, a journalist and author of Climb the Green Ladders: Make your Company and Career More Sustainable, is this year’s main speaker.

Jill Rennie-Butler, director of The E-Reps Forum, said: “The focus this year is very much on the benefits of a sustainability strategy and driving positive environmental behaviours. We’re delighted to be putting sustainability at the top of our agenda and promoting good environmental practice across the industry. I’m looking forward to the talks from Amy and our other speakers.”

James Johnstone, director at principal sponsor ProdChem, said: “With a 59% reduction in energy supply CO2 emissions since 1990, our industry’s environmental performance continues to lead in both innovation and implementation. This Forum presents the ideal opportunity to recognise, share and celebrate our achievements. We’re thrilled to support this important event.”

Kim Stephen, head of sales – conferences, meetings and banqueting at P&J Live, said: “The sustainability theme of the E-Reps conference and exhibition is very much in keeping with our ethos. We are proud to be the most sustainable venue of its type in the UK. We’re delighted to welcome everyone connected to the E-Reps Forum to P&J Live.”

A free business breakfast, in association with Circular North East, runs from 7am to 8.30am, while the conference and exhibition takes place from 8.30am and closes at 4pm. Tickets are still available for both events.

From the perspective of process and production chemistry, ProdChem helps to maximise the performance of client assets by working with operations and support teams to identify, target and address production-limiting issues. The business breakfast and E-Reps Forum – now in its 8th year – offer networking opportunities to industry influencers and stakeholders, decision makers, HSE professionals, environmental representatives, service providers, consultants and those tasked with setting the sustainability agenda within businesses.
