A LEADING North East Scotland based HSEQ and HR consultancy has announced significant growth in its chosen markets, one year on from a key acquisition.

Exactly one year ago, Aberdeenshire-based Quensh Specialists Limited acquired Involve HR LLP in a move which brought together two complementary consultative businesses to add value to clients through an extended service offering.

Since joining forces, the combined company has leveraged the wealth of expertise in both organisations to remain at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions to a growing range of clients.

With the team now expanding to 35, the amalgamation has enabled continued growth in both the Central Belt of Scotland and England as well as an increased foothold in numerous sectors including the charity/third sector, hospitality and tourism, energy services, renewables and construction.

Future aspirations including further expansion across the UK, coupled with an increase in outsourcing of services particularly among SMEs, has sparked the need to grow the headcount further with recruitment ongoing for additional HSEQ and HR personnel.

Commenting on the anniversary, Andy James, Managing Director said: “The growth we have experienced in the past year underlines the strength and value of our combined approach and we look forward to building on this in the future.”

Quensh operates from bases in Aberdeenshire, Scotland and Perth, Western Australia, and currently provides HSEQ and HR support services to over 100 customers worldwide.   As well as building a firm foothold in the Energy sector, Quensh also operates in key markets including Renewables, Construction, Manufacturing, Technology and Professional Services.
