Taranata Group today announces a strengthened executive leadership structure designed to sharpen accountability, accelerate decision-making and position the Group for its next phase of growth.

As the recruitment and professional services market continues to evolve – with clients demanding deeper sector expertise, integrated digital capability and long-term partnership – the Group is aligning its leadership to deliver greater clarity, performance and collaboration across its seven trading brands.

Three senior leaders: Lee Murray, Huw Martin and Brian Burnett – will assume day-to-day responsibility for the operational leadership of the Group, forming the executive leadership team alongside Martin Ewart, Chairman, and Paul Atkinson, Founder and Non-Executive Director.

This structure provides clear ownership across growth, operational delivery and governance, ensuring the Group is positioned to scale while maintaining the quality and relationships that underpin its reputation.

Lee Murray has been appointed Chief Growth & Strategy Officer, taking responsibility for Group-wide commercial performance, strategic development and operational excellence. A long-standing and highly respected member of the leadership team, Lee has played a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s commercial direction. In her new role, she will oversee Hanya Partners, Virtuoso and the Group’s Commercial Team, while driving stronger cross-brand alignment and client integration.

Huw Martin, Managing Director of Head Resourcing, will assume additional responsibility for Change Recruitment and Change Digital. With deep operational experience and a strong track record of delivery, Huw will focus on consistent execution, service quality and performance across the Group’s recruitment brands, ensuring alignment with the Group’s strategic priorities.

Brian Burnett has been appointed Chief Finance & Operations Officer, bringing more than 25 years of recruitment industry experience. Brian will lead Finance, IT and HR, reinforcing governance, operational discipline and the infrastructure required to support scalable, sustainable growth.

Founder and Non-Executive Director Paul Atkinson commented:

“This is an important moment for the Group. Lee, Huw and Brian have each demonstrated exceptional leadership, commitment and judgement over many years. I have complete confidence in their ability to lead the business day to day.

This structure gives us clearer accountability; stronger operational focus and the foundations we need to build the next chapter of the Group’s development. I look forward to supporting them as we continue to strengthen our market position.”

The leadership team is now focused on delivering the Group’s strategic priorities: driving commercial performance, accelerating digital capability and expanding its footprint across the UK and selected international markets.

By clarifying ownership and strengthening execution at Group level, Taranata Group is reinforcing its long-term commitment to building high-performing, specialist businesses that deliver meaningful outcomes for clients across technology, financial services, procurement, immigration and healthcare.
