Lydia Bugden’s promotion to Manager is particularly noteworthy. Since joining SBP in January 2020 as an Accounts Assistant, Lydia has steadily advanced through the firm, most recently stepping into a supervisory role in April 2024, where she also took on staff management responsibilities. Lydia now oversees a diverse portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, and plays a key role in the daily operations of the Peterhead office. With just three exams left in her ACCA qualification journey, Lydia continues to demonstrate SBP’s commitment to professional development and client service excellence.
