TECHNOLOGY and data intelligence specialist Imrandd has secured a five-year contract for the provision of Topsides Integrity Data Analytics and Onshore Inspection Support with Apache Corporation’s North Sea subsidiaries.

The contract, the sum of which is not being disclosed, covers all of Apache’s operated offshore assets in the Forties and Beryl fields in the United Kingdom Continental Shelf (UKCS).

Imrandd will apply digital capability to leverage data and analytical insights remotely. Performing in depth analysis and then using this knowledge to drive inspection is more proactive, delivering leading asset integrity management solutions which the firms claims are “more reliable and effective”.

Innes Auchterlonie, Imrandd chief executive officer, said: “We’re delighted to begin 2021 with this milestone contract.

“The win is testament to the track record we have for delivering significant changes and improvements to the way integrity management is thought about, then planned and delivered.

“We believe in providing long-term, sustainable value to our customers and maintain an aggressive research and development programme that augments our integrity management services with ground-breaking work in digitisation and analysis.”
