Texo Marine will provide its clients with a range of support, technology and engineering services, specifically tailored to diving and ROV applications.

Texo Marine will become an integral part of the Texo Group, with significant capital investment being made available for new and advanced equipment, allowing further growth and development of services to its clients.

The business will be based out of Texo Group headquarters at Westhill in Aberdeen, with an additional operational base, embedded within Texo Fabrication’s new vessel Mob/De-Mob facility at the Port of Blyth.

Callum Masson, Managing Director, Texo Marine said: “Since our inception we have worked hard to stay ahead of the curve in developing solutions for our client’s diverse needs. When Texo first approached us and presented their vision for the iEPC group we were astounded by its sheer depth of offering; the group has assembled an enviable solution for clients and their assets.”

Callum added: “Being part of Texo Group will give us the necessary support to help drive even further growth in the business.”

Robert Dalziel, Managing Director, Texo Group commented: “We are redefining the landscape for the provision of integrated asset services, based on client needs. This acquisition is another example of our buy and build strategy in helping us achieve this. We are delighted to make this announcement and welcome the Orca team to the Texo family.”

The business will be headquartered in its purpose-built facility in Westhill, Aberdeen, alongside fabrication facilities at the Port of Dundee, Hebburn and a new, bespoke fabrication facility located at the Port of Blyth, plus overseas Drone operating bases in Nigeria, Malaysia and Brazil.
